5. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship to addresses within UK & Canada We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations:

8. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost, excluding shipping charges.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
